Richard and Jim are both residents of SE Virginia and met at a NPR Fundraiser about 8 years ago. Songwriting and music "war stories" were exchanged, and Richard attended a few of Jim's local Songwriter Showcases.Then PANDEMIC,during which Richard sent Jim the lyrics to"Living Inside The Silver Lining", & Jim returned the song that ends this album.17 songs later-"We should do an album!
